Local ingredients shape the menu and provide the foundation for the exceptional quality and flavour that has become synonymous with The Tickled Pig’s brand. The betrothed couple can even get a taste of what’s to come before they book, by visiting the Michelin-recommended restaurant in Wimborne, Dorset.
The food is an event in itself, with formal menu options including potted Purbeck crab to start, twice cooked shoulder of lamb as a main course and an elegant Earl Grey panna cotta to finish the meal off in style. As specialists in creative outdoor cooking techniques, The Tickled Pig can even create a visual and edible feast for guests to enjoy, with options such as a rare breed hog roast, cooked over an oak fire for 12 hours, making even more memorable moments to mark the couple’s big day.
