BANK brings the heat for New Year’s Eve with 7 course Tasting Menu
Totterdown-based neighbourhood restaurant, BANK Bristol has announced details of its 7 course Tasting Menu for New Year’s Eve, with tickets on sale from today.
Harnessing inspiration from four-and-a-half years of eclectic dishes cooked over fire on Wells Road, executive chef and co-owner, Jack Briggs-Horan has brought in a host of opulent ingredients for the final meal of the year.
Highlights on Jack’s unapologetically extravagant Tasting Menu include a Cornish Lobster Toastie made with Lobster Thermidor, Bisque, and Gruyère, a Pheasant Forestière with Pancetta and Celeriac Terrine, and a Pretzel Blondie Pie with Caramelised White Chocolate, Miso and Sour Cream. BANK will be offering a curated selection of wines that pair perfectly with the dishes being served on the evening. Pescatarian and vegetarian menus will also be available.
Dan O’Regan, owner and founder of BANK, commented:
“2025 has been a big year for me, Jack and the team, with some memorable achievements and the opening of our second restaurant, Lapin at Wapping Wharf. But we were really keen to come back to where it all started, and do something bigger, more lavish and special than anything we’ve done before. A lot of time, thought and intention has gone into our New Year’s menu. We’re leaving it all out there with this one.”
Reservations are now open for BANK Bristol’s New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu event, with tickets available for £80 per person.
BANK Bristol is open from Tuesday to Thursday 6pm - 10pm, Friday & Saturday from 12pm to 10pm and Sunday from 12pm - 7pm. Diners can book via www.bankbristol.com.
